KlimaCamp09 – the greatest climate-event of the summer
KlimaCamp09 is colorful mixture of summer camps, festivals, workshops, art, culture, music and climate activism. The mix will open a new perspective on the climate crisis, and different options will be explored, discussed and put into practice. The camp aims to give all the participants a feeling of being part of local solutions to a global challenge.
In Copenhagen, 11-19th of July 2009, you will be able to participate in the process of achieving a more sustainable way of living. Come and experience performance, culture and art with a focus on the climate. Participate in and help shape over 100 workshops, debates, excursions and other projects.
KlimaCamp09 is an open summer camp based on the respect of nature and each other. It is a camp which has room for everyone, regardless of gender, ethnicity or sexuality.
So bring your ideas, dreams and projects to the camp. Whether you play music, do performance arts, build boats or just want to be a part of the climate movement, there is room for you and your ideas.
Become inspired and organize projects for the camp with your friends – or contact us if you want support or help realizing your ideas.
